This is the best method to rotate the engine during a TB job.
Formerly our MN219ZM, this impact grade 19 mm 12 point socket with 1/2″ square drive is used to rotate engine “during TB replacement” or remove the crank center bolt that retains the timing crank sprocket. Applications include all TDI and many other 4 cyl. timing belt type engines. Essential for replacing front main crank seals when used with our NuYANK or MNKICK-4CYL crank counterhold tools. Not required, but handy for timing belt jobs to provide a method for rotating engine and proper setting of belt tension.
