Compact socket used when removing the black plastic oil filter housing on vehicles with 2.0T and 2.5L gas engines. Replaces older tool number MN393400.
The housings must be drained of oil before unscrewing the housing or you will have oil gushing everywhere. The Oil Filter Housing Drain Tube (MN4057) sold separately, is made specifically for this purpose.
Not for impact tool usage.
